• Chat Area - This is a chat area where you might find some other Band in a Box users currently on line. When you get to this site check BourbonStreet and then look for a BiaB Room. If none there, create one and somebody might drop in.

• Sites That Jam offers links to many other sites which will be of special interest to musicians in general. Links to other music resources sites as well as song publishers, etc., etc. make this site a must for your Favorites file.

  PG Music - Peter Gannon's HomePage. Peter is the man who made all of this possible with his great Band in a Box program. Many interesting areas here for the novice as well as the experienced. The "Forum" area is great for the exchange of ideas and techniques. Sign the "Guest Book" and let 'em know what improvements you'd like on future releases in the "Wishing" area. A great bunch of musician/programmers!

  Eat Sleep Music is a great Karaoke web site. If you like to sing it is a must visit.

  Fine Tuned site has some excellent new styles for BiaB available. Go listen to some of the midi samples Janice and Charles McDonald have put together. Tell 'em I sent you.

  Rick Macmurchie has written some excellent programs and invites you to visit his site. 88 Edit is a system exclusive message generator for the Roland Sound Canvas SC-88 and other GS sound modules. It provides a convenient interface to the functions of the SC-88, and an easy way to save the sound settings for use in your sequencer. 88 Edit will also generate system exclusive messages compatible with other Roland GS products.

  Greg Lawrence's Site is an MP3 site featuring Greg's trumpet playing.

  Alisdair MacRae Birch has put together a fabulous web page for us all to more easily navigate the world of jazz guitar. A MUST visit! Check him out and be sure to bookmark his site.

• Norton's Music Page - Additional "styles" disks are available here as well as lots of other goodies. Bob "Notes" Norton is your host and has lots of stuff of interest to musicians as well as "real people".

• Prestige Music Services from the United Kingdom has just put up a great site where you can purchase all PGMusic programs as well as some of the add-on programs written by others. Bob "Notes' Norton stuff and some new styles and songs by Roy Hawkesford are available. Give 'em a try.

• Paul Musso, professor of jazz guitar at the University of Colorado at Denver, offers an excellent assortment of stuff including bebop licks, chord voicings, fingerstyle tunes and book examples, all with tab and .wav files. He is also an author of two books on MEL BAY publications, FINGERSTYLE JAZZ:TEACHING YOUR GUITAR TO WALK and GRADED FINGERSTYLE JAZZ GUITAR SOLOS.

• Song Librarian - Denis Ladouceur has written an add on program for users of PowerTracks called the "Song Librarian" which allows you to organize your midi files into 'sets' and in general keep your files organized. His latest is the "Styles Librarian" for Band in a Box which allows users to get a complete listing of all styles displayed when the Styles button is pressed from within BiaB. Users interested in adding all of the user styles available for download from the SONGS page will find this program indispensable. Check out his home page.

• MidiFitz Al Stevens has writte a neat program which is great for organizing a gig. Check out his home page for more info.

• Stefano Lazaretto - has written a great program for organizing all your BiaB songs into one big master listing which can be played by just clicking on the title. More info at his site.

• Stefan Kuske - has another great program called Song+Style Launcher for BiaB and gives you lots of control over the Band in a Box program. Check it out at his site.
• Sven Petersonhas a great site which will be of interest to all you guitar players out there. Check him out. Excellent!.

• Guitar Masters - is a great site for all guitarists. It features scales, chords, profiles on great guitarists and guitars. In their words, we offer Chord diagrams, Arpeggios, Scales, Substitution, and Technique sections for guitarists. In addition we are constantly expanding our Great Players and Great Guitars sections. We will soon offer Jazz Charts for downloading.

• Upscale Productions - offers their free "Gig Machine" which is a neat way of organizing your midi files for that next gig. Check 'em out.

• Reed Kotler has some cool transcribing stuff at his site. Learn by ear from your favorite recordings. One thing you can count on .... your musical idols learned this way!

• Noel's Music Site - is a site with much to offer in the way of available resources on the net as well as some of his own stuff.

• Reg Arkner - Another excellent site for getting BiaB format songs. This guy's from South Africa.

• Jan Angermüller - has written a program which will conver BiaB to Finale 97 .mus-format.

• Charlie Gleason, another native New Orleanian has a great page of BiaB songs as well as a bunch of original songs.

• Gary's Home Page - One great arranger of Big Band Midis here. If you like swingin' Big Band stuff this is the place to go. Gary is the most professional amateur I've ever heard. Gary moved his site recently and this is the link to his new site.

• Ron's BiaB Song Archive has lots of pop, rock and folk songs in BiaB format. His home page C.R.U.M.B. which has lots of good stuff to browse.

• Dave Butler - Dave Butler's site also offers midi files and other goodies.

• Tutorial on sequencing. A very well laid out site with an excellent tutorial on sequencing. A must read for anyone wanting to know more about sequencing.
• Sax on D Beach - A tribute to the saxophone and those great artists who have played 'em.

• Rick Stone's Jazz Guitarist An excellent page with lots of links to music related sites and jazz guitarists. Rick is a teacher as well as a gigging pro.

• The International Lyrics server has lyrics to over 100,000 songs. Great site.
