Tanya's World

to My world....

Glitter, glamour, and all that stuff is great. But now a days what's more important is a very happy (and big) family.

And now I will tell you a little about myself and my interests.

For starters, I am the proud grandmother of nine, wonderful grandchildren. Being a grandmother is even more wonderful than being a mother. It's so special!

Wes and I have been married for over 20 years now and are still on our honeymoon. We have eight children (Wes had 6 before I met him and I had 2 but they're ALL ours) and thank God they've all left home.

Wesley says that it isn't at all bad being married to a grandmother. It's being a grandpaw that bothers him.

Wes says that the only reason he keeps me is that nobody else would put up with me. He made me put on this silly little outfit just like the dancing girl at the top of this page.

He just wrote a song for me in January '98, his first attempt, which you can hear being played by his favorite program Band in a Box. He named the song Soft Eyes just for me and you can hear him sing it on our JukeBox page. Or,

Click HERE to hear the song (and MP3.COM will pay us a few cents everytime you listen to it at their site.) By the way, the name of the song is Soft Eyes. An original with Band in a Box accompaniment.

My favorite pastime is watching movies. It's hard to find something I've not already seen on TV in spite of the fact that we have a big satellite dish, a small dish and cable. My newest project is taping and cataloging movies and Wes is getting me a dual VCR so that I can do some editing. Next I'll need a new BIG cabinet of some sort to store the tapes.

You are listening to ...."Body and Soul" with solos automatically generated by Band in a Box using the solo generator style Stan Getz/Jobim. This song is dedicted to my husband Wesley.
