Twice blessed is a man with a hobby, for he has two worlds in which to live.
Main Packing Building where fish are received from all over the world and shipped out to our many retail customers
in the Gulf states areas. We have about 25 peacocks wandering around the place for that exotic feel. They also
double as security guards by screaming like all get out whenever disturbed at night.
|
Each 40 gallon tank is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with quality fish from our many suppliers around the
world as well as from our own hatchery. Click Here to see more of our
breeding operation.
Our day crew tends to overall maintenance and feeding and the night crew packs through the night so that
our salesmen can load their trucks and hit the road for early and very fresh delivery to our customers. Fish
are usually in the bag less than 24 hours before arriving at the retailers tanks.

We sell lots of the more exotic species such as the Discus seen here as well as many varieties of African
Cichlids from our 'Cichlid' room.
We also handle a small variety of the more popular salt water species. With our state of the art recirculating
system we have a total volume of water 8 times greater than is contained in all holding tanks at any one time.
| |
Our outdoor vats contain Koi and other large pool fish as well as a variety of outdoor water lilies and plants.

The goldfish room sees lots of action every night. The water in this section is recirculated, filtered and then
passed thru a chilling unit to maintain a temperature well into the 60's as goldfish prefer cold water.
Cleaning tanks takes up most of the daily activity for our maintenance crew. More that 50,000 goldfish are
processed thru here every week.
| |
Each of the larger vats in the goldfish room contains up to 10,000 small comet goldfish.
